Ciel Liu is a Singaporean director, producer, news correspondent and photographer. She started her career as a TV News reporter. In 2012, she went to London, UK to do her Masters in Photography and Electronic Arts at Goldsmiths, University of London.

She is a self-shooting director who believes in working efficiently and creatively to achieve the best results.

In the last 12 years, Ciel has largely lived overseas in the UK, Canada and Japan, and moved back to Singapore in 2020. In all of her thoughts and work, Ciel utilises her experience in journalism and focus on meaningful storytelling. With her Master of Arts training, the aim is to always find the intersection between practicality and artistry.
